Factor is proud to have collaborated with MDG Design + Construction to conduct complex in-situ waste characterization work as part of the New York State Vital Brooklyn Initiative. Factor geologists and engineers conducted a geophysical survey of the site, followed by installing boreholes to collect waste characterization soil samples. The result was a comprehensive engineer sealed report that detailed physical and chemical characteristics of approximately 30,000 cubic yards of soil, and evaluated multi-state facility options based on results.
